20160614-C I revisited a great oak tree in the woods of the residency and made this photograph several times. This exposure that was for 6 minutes had the light fall, shift and change over the course of the exposure. The tree has been here long before I was on this property, and will be here long after I have left.
Life is full of detours and redirection, and the character of an individual is determined by how they react to unexpected situations. I gather strength to move forward when faced with difficult situations and find comfort when I look back and see a trail of art and photographs documenting that moment in time.
