20160614-A Several times I have photographed the early morning light as it passed through the trees. These types of photographs make me stop and ponder the events that have taken place in my life as I make the 3 to 6 minutes it takes to make the pinhole exposure. The more I stood next to the camera as this photograph was being made I realized that a colony of bees have created a hive and community in on of the hollows of a tree. The cycle of life was slowly passing before me as I paused time during the creation of this landscape.
