Lake Ontario, New York
I've lived on both sides of the Atlantic, and now in my middle years, I find I am still drawn to the majestic beauty of Lake Ontario. And with significant change in my life over the past five years, I have gone many times to Lake Ontario as a source for reflection, solitude, and growth. With this incredibly harsh winter, learning that the Great Lakes had frozen over, I had to view this for myself! This is a beautiful and powerful lake, as is the region, and I'm glad to call it home.
