Talus bone

Discovering the required stabilization of the talus bone was incredible. It meant that new support exercises were required, and it also meant that my shoe size got smaller! The pronation of my left foot was practically eliminated, all because my physical therapist could now incorporate different physical therapies to adjust, support and now strengthen. Using the wobble board, for those who shouldn't, was really important in my PT program. I'm glad I bought it, early on in my journey, back in the fall of 2008.
